Meet the JSA Team!
Michael Isaac
Principal
As head of the organization Michael wears a few hats: territory coverage for key accounts in Chicagoland, market coverage for central Illinois, as well as traveling the territory with the rest of the business development team. He is also passionate about serving on the local IIDA Illinois Chapter. He is currently President Elect and credits much of his success in his career to the organization. What little time there is to spare he enjoys with friends + family as well as stealing a few days every few weeks to escape to his Palm Springs residence with his partner (and VP of Operations for the company) William.
Paula Kopishkie
Principal
Paula has an Interior Design Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has spent most of her career in the commercial furniture industry. Paula covers the State of Wisconsin for the JSA team and has built many great relationships along the way. She enjoys working with her clients to find creative solutions within our brands. Paula loves to spend her personal time with family and friends on the lake, hiking trail, pickleball court or just sofa surfing!
Will Dumpman
Vice President of Operations
Will has a masters degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. He has worked on the back end of the company for the past 4 years. The majority of the year he resides in California and handles all of the administrative work. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, working out, spending time with friends and enjoying the sun. He also is married to Michael Isaac!
Ainsley Washburn
New Business Development Manager
Ainsley graduated from The University of Iowa with a degree in Enterprise Leadership in 2024. She will be taking on some A&D Accounts as well as making marketing content for the team. She loves that this industry blends creativity with the business side of furniture. When Ainsley is not working she spends most of her time with friends and family, whether that’s traveling or just hanging out!
Megan Hoeben
New Business Development Manager
Megan brings her unique background in hospitality and real estate to every project. She
understands great design, and finding the perfect solutions elevates both function and
experience. Her focus is on exceptional service, clear communication, and building
lasting relationships with clients. Outside of work, she is passionate about fostering
dogs through local rescues, exploring new restaurants, and discovering great wines.
Shawna Morcos
Account Executive
Shawna is a sales and business development professional with a degree in interior design and experience across contract, hospitality, multifamily, and architecture and design markets. She enjoys bringing people and ideas together and believes strong, genuine relationships are at the heart of successful business. Outside of work, Shawna enjoys spending time with her family, attending sporting events, and catching local concerts whenever she gets the chance.
